Bring your concert history into Gig Keeper
Whether you tracked shows on Songkick, Concert Archives, or a spreadsheet, you can move your gig list into Gig Keeper and keep every memory in one place.
Import from Songkick
Songkick publishes a public API for your past events (gigography). Use it to export your attended concerts, then add them to Gig Keeper.
- Find your username on your Songkick profile page.
- Request an API key from the Songkick Developer site.
- Fetch your gigography using the endpoint below:
https://api.songkick.com/api/3.0/users/YOUR_USERNAME/gigography.json?apikey=YOUR_API_KEYThe JSON response contains each event’s displayName, venue, and start.date. Map those to the CSV columns above and upload them in your diary.
Import from Concert Archives
Concert Archives does not currently offer a public bulk export. You can still move your data over quickly with the CSV template below.
- Open your Concert Archives profile and view your list of attended concerts.
- Copy each show into the CSV template: artist, venue, and date are required.
- Upload the CSV in your Gig Keeper to add every gig in one batch.
Tip: Paste the concert page URL into the notes column so you can reference photos and setlists later.
